Motivation Monday. What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
What would you do if money didn’t matter? What feels so effortless, time slips by unnoticed? When does peace and joy and inspiration rush through you? That is what you have to give the world. That is what you were born to do.
On Friday we wrapped our April workshop. It was an amazing group and now that it is Monday, I can’t help feeling a little sad that they are gone. I was able to reunite with some old friends who I was completely honored chose to come and learn with me and meet some new faces I am happy to now call friends. At one point, one of our attendees and I got to talking about being “giving” as a teacher. I can’t imagine it any other way. I am so invested in each person I meet. I want to see them succeed in pursuing their dreams. And I know it can be done with the right tools and the right foundation.
Why do I give? It is that thing I would do if I wasn’t afraid. Watching people realize their own potential has to be the most thrilling thing in the world for me.. seeing my friends discover their greatest gifts and their own beauty… watching them leave and give their gifts to the world. It is what I was born to do. Does it come with a side dose of fear? Hell yes. My business wasn’t built on teaching. I have a retail portrait studio that does sales numbers most people dream of. It is SCARY to step out and say “I am meant for more.” But I know I am.
You are too.

Find that. That is the place from which you can start living the life of your dreams.
